I received a call from a prospect in Ermelo asking me if I’d be able to create him a website he could use for affiliate marketing.
The answer was a resounding yes.
I’ve built a few affiliate websites for my own use before, so I’m familiar with the concept and how to make it work.
Of course, I warned Nkosana (the prospect-turned-client) that affiliate marketing is hard work and takes serious commitment, to which he replied that he’d put in the time necessary to make it succeed.
So we went to work creating a logo and putting together a website with categories Nkosana said he’d like to target for his affiliate ventures.
It wasn’t long before he got the hang of how to add an article (with a little help from my “how to add a WordPress article” guide) and he’s since already added ten!
I think Nkosana is off to a great start and if he keeps at it and makes it priority to deliver quality articles he’ll get followers and make a success of it.
